The hotel is located in a safe area in the very safe Jardins neighborhood. It is in a good area, just a few blocks away from the metro station. The desk staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The elevators are painfully slow.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a nice neighborhood of the city. The location was very convenient, being close to Av. Paulista and a lot of restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and the facilities were in very good condition. The staff were professional and helpful, especially when I needed assistance with a banking issue. The fact that I could watch some TV in English was a bonus for me.
Everything is what I needed and wanted.

Great location, walking distance to offices, main streets, and malls. Only 4 miles away from the airport, perfect for business trips. The room was clean with a nice shower, comfortable bed, and plenty of space. The staff was helpful and had a good level of English. I highly recommend this hotel.
